Focusbet Rules: A Summary of What the Operator Publishes

This page is not Focusbet’s legal text. The binding rules are on the operator’s own site, in the footer sections “General Rules and Terms”, “General Bonus Rules and Terms”, “Financial Transactions” and “Terms and Conditions”. Below we summarise the rules we read there on 22 September 2026 that affect players most. Rules change; read the current text before depositing.

Account and Verification

  • One account per person. Accounts sharing a name, family/household, IP, device, email, phone or payment method can be treated as bonus abuse; linked accounts may be closed and their balances blocked.
  • The security department may ask for ID, proof of address and a utility bill from the last 3 months; documents can be requested before a withdrawal.
  • Details on the withdrawal form must match the account details.

Bonus Rules

  • Only one bonus per deposit; it must be requested right after the deposit and before any bet.
  • The balance cannot be moved to other sections until wagering is complete.
  • Players who withdrew in the 24 hours before their last financial transaction cannot take part in promotions.
  • Bets on both sides of two-outcome markets and system bets do not count towards wagering.
  • Welcome bonus: 100% up to ₺10,000, 7 days, bonus ×40 + main balance ×1, maximum cash-out 10× the bonus (up to ₺100,000); credit-card deposits do not qualify.
  • The operator reserves the right to change promotion rules without giving reasons and gives its own management the final say in disputes.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal for all methods: ₺500.
  • Maximum win: ₺250,000 for deposits up to ₺9,999; for ₺10,000 or more, 30× the deposit, at most ₺5,000,000 (Elite VIP: 50×, at most ₺25,000,000).
  • Without a bonus, the deposit must be wagered once in the casino (or at odds of 1.30+ in sports) before withdrawal, and open bets must be settled.
  • The operator may pay out by a different method than the one requested.
  • If a problem with a transaction is not reported within 48 hours, the transaction is treated as successful.

Licence and Disputes

The operator is Green Stream Holding Limitada (Costa Rica). The footer names an Anjouan licence; on 22.09.2026 the regulator’s validator confirmed it for focusbet.com only, not for the numbered mirrors. The operator’s bonus rules still mention a “Gaming Curacao” licence.
