Focusbet Casino Licensing & Legality
Who Operates Focusbet
According to the operator’s footer, Focusbet is operated by Green Stream Holding Limitada, registration number 3102927955, registered at Ofident Building, Office No. 3, San Jose, Costa Rica; contact [email protected]. The footer shows a licence from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, number ALSI-202412045-F12. A licence number in a footer is a claim; the check is the regulator’s validator, opened from the seal in that footer. We ran it.
What the validator showed on 22 September 2026
| Domain checked | Validator result |
|---|---|
| focusbet.com | Valid; company Green Stream Holding Limitada, the only registered website is focusbet.com, licence number in the registry ALSI-202503043-FI2 |
| focusbet304.com (the mirror players were sent to that day) | Invalid; not a registered website under this licence |
Two details stand out. First, the number in the registry (ALSI-202503043-FI2) is not the number printed in the footer (ALSI-202412045-F12); the registry number is the same one shown for hiltonbet.com, another brand of the same company. Second, the licence covers focusbet.com only; the numbered mirror domains the brand rotates through — focusbet304.com at the time of checking, with focusbet305.com announced as the next one — do not validate.
What about Curaçao 164111?
The previous version of this page stated a “Curaçao eGaming 164111” licence, a number repeated across many Focusbet entry sites. We found no record that verifies it, and the operator’s own footer points to Anjouan. Clause 9 of the operator’s general bonus rules still mentions a “Gaming Curacao” licence — so the operator’s own texts contradict each other. We go by what the validator shows.
Where the Licence Does Not Apply
The validator lists excluded territories: Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. This site has a French version; if you are in France, this licence does not cover you. Turkish law does not license online casino games: Law No. 7258 treats offering them as a crime and provides administrative fines for taking part. That is also why the brand keeps moving between numbered domains.
What an Anjouan Licence Means in Practice
It is an offshore licence. There is no national ombudsman or compensation scheme behind it. According to the validator page, the operator must provide access to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service; a complaint goes to the operator first, then to that service and the licensing authority. Under the operator’s financial rules, a problem with a transaction must be reported within 48 hours, otherwise the transaction is treated as successful.

How to Check It Yourself
- Click the Anjouan seal in the footer of the site you are actually using.
- On the page that opens, read the company name, the list of registered websites and the status line.
- If the domain in your address bar is not among the registered websites, the licence does not cover that site.
- Compare the licence number with the one printed in the footer.
